What’s the hiring Process?
First, you will have a discovery call with our Recruitment Experts to discuss your hiring needs in detail. Secondly, our team will screen and select top candidates based on your job requirements, presenting you with 3-5 options to interview. Finally, you will interview the candidates, choose your top pick and begin working with your new virtual assistant.
Do you offer free trial?
We do not offer free trials for our assistant services. We value both your time and our assistants and believe that successful working relationships are built on mutual commitment and professionalism.
Will my virtual assistant work on weekends?
Our Virtual Assistants operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, aligned with your preferred hours and time zone. If your project or work requires a different schedule, including nights or weekends, we can easily coordinate with your Virtual Assistant to accommodate those needs!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Zelle and bank transfers. If you have a specific payment preference, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
How am I billed?
You will be billed bi-weekly. Invoices will be emailed to you, detailing the services provided and the total hours worked by your Virtual Assistant.
Do I have to pay taxes?
No. When you work with a Virtual Assistant from Nexus, you are not directly hiring the VA; instead, you are engaging our company’s services. As with any service, no taxes are due. We take care of all the necessary paperwork, as our VAs are employed as foreign independent contractors.
Do I pay for holidays?
You will pay for US Holidays only.
Any guarantees?
If you are not happy with your assistant, we will replace them with a new VA at no extra cost.
